 DELIVERY

Some artwork has UK delivery included in the price, other artwork has a £15 shipping cost within the UK. This is clear on each page and at check out.

The grannies are larger and heavier and the shipping costs are dependant on where her new home is and what method of shipping is required. The grannies are robust but have a clock mechanism; this mechanism is shipped unfitted (with instructions) for you to assemble yourself. If you want it fitted by me, then you must accept that even though well packaged I cannot guarantee the mechanism will not be damaged in transit.  Any artworks can be collected in person from my studio by prior arrangement.   

Please contact me for international shipping costs of any of the artworks and I'll confirm the charges, which will be dependant upon the destination.

International shipping may attract additional taxes and fees; you would be responsible for payment of these. Please clarify this before placing your order by contacting me directly by email either via the website contact form or by email at avislanewillan@gmail.com.

Once paid for in full, the artwork will be despatched and I'll get in touch with delivery details. Delivery is standard delivery within the UK, any other delivery needs to  be discussed and arranged between us. 

Your order will be well packaged and in good condition when despatched. 

When you receive your Artwork, please carefully examine both the package (before it is opened) and the Artwork for any damage. If a package shows signs of damage before it is opened, please sign for the parcel, 'Received Damaged' and take photographs for me. In the subsequent event that the Artwork is then found to be damaged, please email me at avislanewillan@gmail.com within 7 days and include photographs of all damage. 

Your artwork can then be returned to me for a replacement or repair. We can discuss.

 RETURNS

If a piece is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned; I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and any fees.

If you would like to return your order, please confirm this in writing by contacting me directly using the “contact the artist” form available on the website or emailing me at avislanewillan@gmail.com

Please note that these return rights do not apply to any commissions.

Artwork should be returned unused and in perfect condition to me with the original packaging (to guard against damages) and removal of old shipping labels, within 14 days of the date you advise me of your return. This will be at your expense and using the postal address provided for the return. You must return Artwork using a service which provides you with proof of sending.

​

Refunds can only be given if the artwork is returned in perfect condition.  If the artwork was damaged in transit please see above- in the delivery section- where it lists what you should do.
